Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Your prompt is conversational and that can be hard for the model to interpret.  I also recommend using styles where appropriate. Placing text, especially separate text in different locations, is very difficult as AI image generators as a whole are not great at text.

After multiple generations, I had this:

three layer cake with text "sugar" and "candy"

Rather than generating more, I would probably take it to Photoshop and change the text there.

ok, here is the best one I got which would require minimal editing of removing a letter:
