Have not been able to generate videos from images with Pro subscription in the last couple of days

Is there something wrong with the service? I could generate videos with a starting and ending image on Friday, when I decided to subscribe. But since yesterday morning I have not been able to generate any videos from images, I have tried loading only first frame, and tried loading first and last frames, nothing works. I always get the message"Something went wrong. Please try again later." Videos from text work, but that is not what I subscribed for. Any hints of why is this happening? Is something being adjusted or fixed?

I found that by resetting my browser settings to default settings, I was able to create videos again. Not sure what setting it was or how did it change, but it is something to try if you run into the same error

Hi, thank you for your reply. I am subscribed to Firefly Pro. I am attaching a snapshot of my browser showing the error, shich is still happening 100% of the time I try to create a video from images, and a snapshot of the receipt I got on Friday when I subscribed. Thank you

Can you please show us a screen shot of the whole browser window?  You subscribed to Firefly Standard or Firefly Pro?
