Hi I am not able to use various models like kling, seedance while generting videos

Hi

From yesterday whenever I am trying to generate videos from model like kling, omni or seedance nothing is able to generate videos.

Please check into this

    To help us better understand the issue, could you please provide a few additional details?

    • Does this happen with all prompts and source images, or only specific projects?
    • Which browser are you using?
    • Have you checked whether you still have available credits for video generation?

    In the meantime, you may want to try the following:

    • Sign out of Firefly and sign back in.
    • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
    • Try a different supported browser or an incognito/private browsing window.
    • Test with a simple prompt to see if the issue persists across all models.
