Hi there

I’m facing an issue while trying to use the AI generate on an image using Adobe Firefly.

I can’t seem to import an image within Adobe Firefly itself without receiving the following error:

Upload another image

This image has Content Credentials that indicate it can't be used with generative AI features.

As far as I am aware  - the image has no ‘content credentials’

I have tried with numerous images and formats, jpeg, PNG screenshots etc

I have turned the ‘content credentials’ off in photoshop

Unfortunately, the issue persists.

any ideas?????
