How can I change my region? I am based in Tokyo, Japan. But firefly is not avaible to me. What should I do now?

Please disable any VPN, proxy, privacy relay, or corporate tunnel, then retry Firefly in a private/incognito window. Also, test once using a normal secondary connection, such as mobile data.
If the error persists, contact Adobe Support and provide error 403012, a screenshot, reproduction date/time, and time zone, physical country, ISP/network type, browser/device details, and confirmation that VPN/proxy services were disabled.
