How Do I Prove I have Rights To An Image?

I used images during the trial to create a video. Now those same images are being rejected now that I have subscribed. How do I prove I have rights to these images?

Hello @dfeltonWCT,

Thank you for your message. 

I am guessing it is not a rights issue that is causing the image to be rejected. Can you please post a screenshot of the whole browser window containing the error message and a copy of the image in question?  If you do not want to post the image publicly, you can send it to me privately.
