How to get more generative AI video credits? And I am using my school accounts.

Hello @yuhong_9524,

Did you generate two images and it will not generate anymore?  All accounts received two free generations and then you need to be on a plan that has premium Firefly features. If you are on an Educational Enterprise plan, unfortunately those plans do not have Firefly video available at this time.
