I am losing credits when generative AI requests fail. Sora 2 returned a service unavailable error twice, no content was generated, yet credits were deducted. Credits should be refunded when failures are caused by system errors.

I started a 4-second widescreen video generation in Sora 2 using one reference image and a detailed anime-style prompt. The system returned a service unavailable error, no output was generated, but credits were still deducted.

    Thanks for reaching out. 
     

    When a generation fails, credits should return to your balance automatically, but sometimes it takes a bit of time before they show up again.
     

    If you still haven’t received them back, please can you share a screenshot of the error and your credit balance (please hide your personal info)
     

    Once we have that, we can get a clearer picture of what’s going on and guide you from there.
