I am not able to create video with Sora 2. it just keeps showing the loading symbol and genersting video. I have already tried 3 times and lost my 720 credits. I waited for at least 15-20 mins each time, but the video was never generated.

Credits are deducted when you press generate. If the generation fails, they should be restored, but it is not necessarily instantaneous. Can you please double check to see if they have since been restored?

2nd you may want to try a simpler prompt and create 2 separate scenes.
The prompt might be too complicated. The prompt has 2 separate actions. This could be causing an issue.

3rd… sometimes we have to just simply wait. there are certain times of the day that are busy.
