I am not able to upload any reference image or composition image in adobe firefly

the platform doesn't allow to upload style refernce or composition refernce image to firefly, neither does allow to use generated image as 'use as style reference'

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

When you say "doesn't allow", are you getting an error message?  If you try another browser as a test, does it work in that browser?

    No it does not show any error. I tried uploading multiple times but it just
    doesn’t upload any image.
