i am not being able to generate anything

I'm using windows 11, chrome browser and i haven't cleared the cache. When tap generate video or image it shows generating animation that's all even if i come back after 8 hours it will still be on that animation but won't generate anything

• Browser: Which browser and version are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache or trying a different browser?
• Error Messages: Are you seeing any specific error codes, pop-ups, or warnings when you try to generate?

• Network: Are you using a VPN or on a restricted network?

Additionally, if you could share a screenshot of your entire screen showing what happens when the generation fail, that would be incredibly helpful!
