I am subscribed, i have 1000 credits but i need to subscribe?

In the web interface firefly.. my account says i have 1000 credits but firfly is saying i used my 2 credits and to subscribe

I m in Europe; so the prices are in Euros. 
It looks like you have bought the all Apps plan. If you want to generate more videos then you need to purchase an additional Firefly plan.
