I am unable to add First and last frames to my videos, when usung the Firefly image to video . I get an error 'can't upload'. I ahve tried several images. Some were created using the Text to Image functionlaity in Firefly and others images (JPG) on my computer. Can you let me know why I cannot add the image? I need it to influence the styling of the video.

Hi I am based in Australia, and I am on a monthly paid plan $49.49 a month. I have noticed other people posting, this is due the fact that my image included children. This is because I am trying to create a promotional video for a children's climbing business. So I absolutely need to include children in my images and videos. If Adobe can't support this, could you kindly cancel my contract and refund my costs. This is a huge limitation and we cannot use this product without this. I feel very disappointed, although I can understand your reasons. Please kindly refund my costs.
