I am using Adobe Firefly to generate AI videos with Veo 3.1, but it is not generating the videos. Other AI tools are also not working.

I am using Adobe Firefly to generate AI videos with Veo 3.1, but the video generation feature is not working. Whenever I try to create a video, it does not generate any output.

I have already tried refreshing the page, signing out and back in, and using a different browser, but the problem still persists. Please investigate this issue and let me know how I can resolve it as soon as possible.

I also feel that Adobe Firefly's performance has been getting worse over time.

After getting a new plan, log out of the creative cloud app to reset the functions of Firefly. Log out of the Creative Cloud App, after you get a new subscription or change subscription. This worked for me.

A mí no me funciona ya que tengo el premium no voy a cambiar de plan y volver a pagar,he hablado con ellos por teléfono aver si me lo solucionan ya o me quito subscripción y me devuelvan el pago

Since it’s affecting Veo 3.1 & other AI tools, it doesn’t sound like the problem is tied to a single model.

One thing I’d try is creating a brand new Firefly project instead of reusing the current session, then test with a very short prompt. I’ve occasionally seen generations get stuck in a project, while a new one works normally.

If that doesn’t help, try reducing the request as much as possible (short prompt, default settings, no reference images) and see if it completes. If even the simplest generation fails across different AI tools, it points more toward an account or service-side issue than the prompt itself.

If you can, let us know whether the generation stays on “Generating…”, fails immediately, or returns an error message. That will help narrow it down.
