I am using firefox. I have plenty of credits. I can't drag and drop or upload a pic from my computer to the 'Edit Picture' tool.

I have an up to date windows PC. When I drag and drop or upload a pic, from my computer, nothing happens (no error message).

    Thanks for writing in. There is a known issue in uploading images in Firefly on the Firefox browser. Please try another browser (Chrome) and see if that helps.
