I believe there is a problem with the Firefly entitlement/provisioning on my Adobe account.

I recently created an Adobe account and activated a Firefly Pro Plus trial. The subscription is shown as active and the account shows 10,000 generative credits.

However, every attempt to generate an image in Firefly returns:

"Something went wrong - please try again later."

I have reproduced the problem on:

  • Chrome on Windows

  • Edge on Windows

  • Chrome on Android

  • The Adobe Firefly Android app

I have also tested different AI models, quality settings, prompts, image sizes and aspect ratios, both with and without reference images. I have cleared browser cache/cookies as well.

Most importantly, I performed a controlled test:

  1. My friend and I logged into his Adobe account on the same computer and browser.

  2. We used a very simple prompt and successfully generated an image.

  3. We logged out.

  4. I logged into my Adobe account.

  5. I used the exact same prompt, AI model, aspect ratio and image size.

  6. The generation immediately failed with "Something went wrong - please try again later."

Therefore the problem follows the Adobe account, not the browser, computer, network, prompt, model or reference image.

Could you please check the Firefly backend entitlement/provisioning associated with my Adobe ID and verify that the account is correctly provisioned for Firefly image generation?

I would specifically like the Firefly service entitlement associated with the account checked, rather than repeating browser/cache troubleshooting.

    Hey @intelligent_beauty1abd
    Help us. Help you.

We want to assist you and help resolve the challenges you are encountering. When things are not working as expected it is frustrating.
You have already provided a lot of information.

Could you provide a bit more information to proceed?

Could you create a full screen video of your workflow & control test showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.

    Cheers
