i bought 2000 credits to use in firefly and they did NOT register...showed they were gone. I was not able to use them.

Hi ​@VisualKineticsBK two things to check - 1. Make sure the email used to log into the site is the same you used to purchase the credits. 2. Credits take time to appear in the account - if you are checking within the hour, clear your browser caches, log out and log back in.
