I can't check my image in the gallery

I can't check my image in the gallery. I could see the icon but previews are not loaded and it can't load when I click. Only few recent images can be loaded.

What operating system and browser are you using? Can you try another browser as a test and see if it works?

Mac OS 15.6 (24G84) and tried Chrome, Safari, and mobile firefly app but all of them did not work.

I am sorry for the issue. This is really weird, as nobody else has reported such an issue. Could you DM me your account details and also share the HAR file? Here is the link to get the HAR file. The engineering team will investigate further.
