I CAN'T CREATE AN IMAGE WITH ADOBE FIREFLY (SOMETHING WENT WRONG)

Hello,
I purchased the Adobe Firefly Pro Plus plan with an annual upfront payment; billing is set to begin on September 16, meaning the trial period is currently active.
We bought this service for our e-commerce clothing brand, but for the past two days, we have encountered a "Something Went Wrong" error every time we attempt to generate an image.
We want to use AI to generate images of our products being worn by a model and publish them in our online catalog, yet we receive this error every time.
After reading community comments and error reports, I saw that other users are experiencing this same issue, yet Community Managers have never offered a definitive solution. I have carefully read the explanations provided; there is nothing left for me to troubleshoot on my end—I have already tried using different browsers, different computers, the mobile app, and so on. None of these worked.
Based on what the Community Managers wrote, I considered that the issue might stem from browser cache, the prompt, or the reference image. Consequently, I tried working with simpler prompts, omitting the reference image, and using other providers (Gemini, GPT, Firefly), but these attempts also failed.
In a bug report thread regarding this issue, an official mentioned that server congestion might be the cause—a point confirmed by another user. At this juncture, I must ask: why do we, the users, have to suffer the consequences of server inadequacy from a giant company like Adobe? Is there nothing that can be done about this? As a customer, I demand that this issue be resolved urgently and that the system be made usable again.
