The problem went away late yesterday afternoon. Thanks to whoever over at Adobe fixed it.

    Hi @Brave_experts8fcc @JasonSTX,

Thanks for reporting the issue. Please try the steps mentioned below and let me know if that helps.

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then sign in to Firefly again.
    • Open Firefly in an Incognito/InPrivate window with browser extensions disabled.
    • Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version.
    • Try accessing Firefly from a different network (for example, switch between Wi‑Fi and a mobile hotspot).

    Regards,

    Tarun

I can confirm that over the last few hours, I've also been unable to delete files from my history. After selecting them and choosing permanent deletion, the page freezes, and when I reload it, the files are still there. It's the exact same issue on the iOS app as well.

Yes. After I click delete it sits there. The only way to continue is to refresh the page. The same thing happens whether I delete images individually or if I bulk select by checking the box in the upper left of each image and then click “Delete Permanently” on the ribbon at the bottom.

    Hi @Brave_experts8fcc,

Are you going into generation history like this and selecting delete here?

When you say “freezes” do you mean you cannot do anything on the page, or the operation just does not complete?  I was not able to replicate the problem…
