I can't download images

Are you still having this problem?

Can you please tell us, were you using Firefly Text to Image or Generative Fill?

Please tell us if the problem one of these:

1. The download button is missing
2. I click on the download button and it gives me an error message and does not download (please include a screenshot of the error if you have it)
3. I click on the download button and there is no error, but the image was not downloaded.
4. Another issue (please describe)

Please tell us what operating system (such nas Windows, MacOS, Android, or iOS) you are using and which browser.

Sorry about that. Can you share more info on what's happening? Which device are you using? Please provide a screenshot or screen recording that shows the issue.
