I can't find my video generation

I started a video generation and I can’t find it anywhere, it consumed the credits, but i can’t find it, i went in Your Stuff > Generation History and it’s not there.

      Could you log into your Adobe Creative Cloud App and check if the video is there?

      hello, I couldn't find the generation I'm referring to in the indicated path. I also tried generating video enhancements using Astra, which I can't find either. The tab was open for about 30 minutes, and the generation apparently just didn't finish; there was a progress bar that simply disappeared, and the credits were still consumed.
