I can't generate any ai videos, I use other platforms and Firefly is the wost. It's unprofessional. I can't even get any work done.

This pops up for everything. Firefly image to video is almost unusable on the professional level.

i’ve been trying to for the last 2 days to generate some videos for my job and i get the same error. It won’t let me do anything.

A Full Screenshot or short video: Please provide a screenshot of your entire browser or application window, including your avatar in the upper right corner. Many errors have multiple causes; seeing the full context is much more helpful than a zoomed-in image of the error message alone.

System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS) and Browser (including version numbers).
Workflow Context:
- Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)
- Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3).
- The full prompt you were using.
- Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.

Could you please reply with the following information:
An example of the image & prompt that you are using would help.

• A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

• What model were you using (such as Firefly Image 3, Firefly Image 4, Firefly Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3, etc.)?

• A copy of the keyframe(s) or reference images (if any) you were using.

This helps us help you. Sometimes there might be a trigger word in the prompt.

busy dark background images for videos. the images need to be easy to distinguish who the main characters are and what the background is.

Anything to do with Children

if it has children or child like images (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

or

- the prompt has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on...
Many Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.

ihad wrote my own prompt every single time but still it shows the same issue something went wrong and itd been more then a week now this is so unprofessional and i didnt expect this from you guys or i will cancell my subscription if this doesnt get resolved as soon as possible or else i will make a video and share on social media and this might be very brutal to adobe firefly
