I can’t save the image in my iphone

I just use the download icon and it shows me a message that says I have to press and hold to get the saving option. Never happens

    Hello @Daniela3718316124ep,

     

    Thanks for your message. This is a weird iphone interface issue. It does not seem to work every time. You have to press the image and hold your finger there for a few seconds before the dialogue box comes up. Sometimes you have to press harder and longer than you think you should.
