I can't use Firefly functions on PC

I can't use Firefly functions on PC. Checking my Adobe account I see the message: Cannot load section. On Android I have no problems, I can use Firefly correctly and I can see my user profile options.

    @gerardo_8857 are you connected to the same network on desktop and mobile?
