I can't use the video generation panel. When I try to write my prompt, the input field is not accepting any inputs. It's unwritable

The input field isn't accepting any text; itis uneditable. It's not just the text area, buttons and icons are also unresponsive. I suspect this might be due to a pop-up. When I refresh the page, a pop-up appears and disappears very quickly, which may be preventing me from clicking anything because it is still running in the background.

If the cursor is not flashing, then the prompt window does not have focus. Try hitting the Escape key a couple of times. Otherwise, either find what window is waiting for input (e.g. a Save pop-up) Or close other open apps until Firefly becomes live.

I tried using different browser apps and deleted all the cache and cookies. The problem is not on my end, as everything was working fine two or three days ago. I noticed that another person is experiencing the same issue in the bug reports list. Please work on a fix.

It might be that the Prompt window does not have focus because your computer is waiting for input. Can you tab through other open apps to see if that is the case?

No, it’s not flashing. It states, “Please provide information about the video you want to create.” I can’t remove or edit this message, and I’m unable to access the entire panel, which includes options like video length, the Adobe icon to return to the homepage, the gallery section, and the editing section. Essentially, I can only change the image, select the AI model, adjust the aspect ratio, and set the resolution. All the other buttons, icons, and areas are unresponsive.
