tried zooming in and out. Nothing works. When i hit download, it shows a loading animation and stops.

Can you tell us what is preventing yuou from downloading? Is it a pop-up window?  Please let us know what operating system and browser you are using.

i've done all these but it still doesn't work. frustrating!

I have the similar problem. After I click on the blue "Continue" button it still doesn't download to my gallery.

Thank you for flagging this. If you expand your browser to be larger, you will see the remainder of the dialog box and a blue "Continue" button. You can also try reducing the zoom on your browser. I will flag this for our team to improve. Thank you
