I cannot see how many monthly generative credits left

I created an account in Firefly, the free plan. I started generating pictures, but the problem is I cannot see how many monthly generative credits are left; eventually, after making a number of pictures, I received a message I used all available credits and should wait for next month.
I read similar posts in the community and followed the instructions (going to https://account.adobe.com  and clicking on the avatar in the top right corner), but there is nothing about the number of generative credits. I tried every entry of the menus, but in vain. What to do?

Windows 10, Firefox (latest).
I tried Edge and Google, but in vain.

I tried signing in with another computer and cellphone, and still the same.

Hi templeton_1375!

You can view your credits you have and how many you have used in current billing month by going to https://adobe.ly/43Nn5wZ  and clicking on the avatar in the top right corner. I Hope this helps.

Hi @templeton_1375,

What OS and Borwser are you using and what are their versions. Can you please try using another browser as a test and see if you can see the credits in that browser?

Thanks,

Hello @templeton_1375,

If you click on your avatar in the upper right corner, you should be able to see how many credits you receive on a monthly basis and how many are left:

What do you see when you do that?

My best,
