I cannot seem to generate anything using Aleph gen 4.0 on prompt to video in Firefly, even though I do have enough credits.

Whenever I use Prompt to Video, upload a reference image, a description comfortable to the guidelines and a video to adjust, it says “generating video” shortly before displaying “Something went wrong” without any description of what went wrong. I have 255 credits left and the task requires 250 credits, and would like to spend them all before my new credits arrive in 7 hours. The prompt I’m using is:

“Replace the background walls and lights on the ceiling with the interior and colors in the reference; keep the car, angle, roller bench, straps and motion the same as in the original; Just change the background, lights and interior like instructed”

I’m curious as to how I could resolve this issue asap before my credits run out in 7 hours.
