I cannot upload any photos to then create a video. This is essential for my business.

When I go to NEW then to VIDEO it takes me to a entirely different page than it used to.  It used to take me to a page where I can upload my pictures and then turn it into a video.  This not longer takes me to this page and the current page doesn’t allow me to do that either.  What changed and why?  This is essential to my business to be able to generate videos.

    could you make a short video of your workflow?
    Have you tried a different browser? Does it happen w all models?
     

    • A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

    • What model were you using (such as Firefly Image 3, Firefly Image 4, Firefly Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3, etc.)?
