i cant generate video, i already try 10 times, and still cant generate video, my credit are available for generate (4850 credit left)

when i want generate family staycation on some hotel, i cant generate, my promp is
“A happy family inside a hotel bedroom smiling and looking around with subtle natural movement. The camera slowly pushes forward. Warm cinematic lighting.” and the picture showing parent and theire child looking the hotel room

    The prompt is causing the issue: 
     

    Common problems

    • if it has children or child like images (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

    or

    - the prompt has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on...
    Many Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.

    Remove the word “child” and the prompt should work.
