I cant seem to generate a video from my still image?

I keep trying to use google veo 3 to animate my still images and it's just been in the loading screen for 15min. How can I fix?

    Can you please show us a screen shot of the full browser window with the problem. It would help if you share the keyframe and full prompt. Also, what OS and browser are you using?
