i cant upload photos for video generations , my credits expire tomorrow and because this over expensive platform has bus I can't use it, im beyond disappointed

Adobe Firefly is preventing me from uploading any image and displays the following message:

“Upload another image. This image has Content Credentials that indicate it can’t be used with generative AI features.”

The original image is my own photograph, taken with my own camera. To test the issue, I also created and uploaded a completely new screenshot, but Firefly rejected that with the same message. This confirms that the problem is not caused by Content Credentials embedded in the original photograph.

This feature worked normally for me in the past. I have also tried creating new image files and uploading different formats, but the issue persists.

This is urgent because I have a large number of generative credits that expire tomorrow, and this bug is preventing me from using the service I paid for.

Please investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible. If it cannot be resolved before my credits expire, please extend or restore the affected credits, since I have been unable to use them because of a technical problem with Firefly.
