I cant use adobe firefly image to video function

I already using you whole plan and this ac is the admin ac, I can generate image on firefly but I can’t generate video. Why that would happend to me? plz help ASAP

Hi @it_7712,

 

Sorry about the trouble. Do you have Firefly subscription in your plan? If no, please know that Creative Cloud plans do not currently include premium generative AI features, but Adobe is providing some free access for a set number of premium feature generations (2 free video generations and 40 seconds of translation). To generate more than what is currently included, beyond free generations, you can add on a Firefly Standard or Pro plan.
