I cant use the video ai tool in firefly, i cant type a prompt, i just wont let me do anything as soon as the page loades.

Whenever i try to create a video, the page freezes, and i cant type any prompt. I can change AI tool and lenght, and what so ever, but cannot type prompts.

      Totally understandable. I encounter not being able to create videos as well. Made this short video to at least show a workaround.

      Hey ​@Andy 

      A few things to consider doing: 
      I find hitting refresh has helped. I have also logged out of my Adobe Creative Cloud app and account that helped.
      Clear cache.

      Hi Nate,

      I have had the same problem for a few days now, pretty frustrating when you just want to crack on with something.

      Clearing the cache, logging out etc doesn’t make any difference of me, and I’ve tried many times. I have found however that the problem only ever happens in the mornings for me (UK).. everything seems to work fine later on in the day.
