i created three videos for 400 credits each. i tried to create a forth. the video was not created but 400 extra credits were used

Thanks for writing in.

In Firefly, credits are deducted the moment you hit Generate, but if the generation fails due to an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance.
Here’s an example where I captured my credits balance before generating, during the loading phase, and after the error. The credits are restored each time.

Before generating - 6478 credits left:

During the loading phase - 6078 credits left (400 deducted):

After the error - 6478 credits left (400 credits restored)

If you still didn't receive the credits back, just let me know, so I can escalate this to the team to verify your credit usage.
