I don't think it is fair that when the video generator ignores the prompt and doesn't create what is asked that I am still docked the credits then I have to roll the dice and try again.

I agree. the process of learning how to prompt and being charged is not exactly fair. Depending on your plan, I find using the cheaper versions (the free credits versions) is a good way to get ideas flowing. 

Make sure to look at using Adobe Boards. There are a lot of hidden Easter egss within the Firefly ecosystem.

Consider clearing cache, cookies, and using a different browser.

Could you give us more information: what msg are you receiving? Are the images your own photos/ images? Were the images generated by another AI Source, if so which one(s)?
