i generate a vid and when its done proccesing i try to download but the video disapears and goes into rendering again and gets stuck

Could you ​@FENDERBENDER  have look in your Creative Cloud app to see if the image/ voice/ video has been generated before pressing “Generate” again to conserve credits.

Are you receiving any error messages? 
which model are you using? What was your prompt?
could you use a different browser like: Chrome? I find Chrome ingonito the most stable.

>>Press generate: ONLY ONCE or Twice<<. If the generation is taking forever, not generating, or giving you the same results: just press generate once or twice. This will help you save credits. Finally, check your CC App for your images and videos.

How to reliably download your files
In your Adobe Creative Cloud you can find your files there and download them. Here s a short video showing the steps
