I am guessing you followed these steps:

Steps to Access Adobe Apps on a New Computer:

Sign In: Go to Adobe's website and sign in with your Adobe ID, Google, Facebook, or Apple account.
Download & Install: Download and run the Creative Cloud desktop app, which manages all application installations.
Install Applications: Open the Creative Cloud desktop app, navigate to the apps tab, and click "Install" next to your desired apps.
Activation Limits: If you have reached your activation limit (usually two computers), you may be prompted to sign out of the previous computer.
Alternative: You can also download individual apps directly from the Adobe website.
