No hints given as to why the error was generated.  What do I change?

I’m having the same problem, across all generations, video, and images, especially in boards. generations rarely, most of the time they are timing out. I have deadlines and i’m supposed to be working, but it’s impossible.

Same as of April 27, 2026.  Either “Something went wrong” or when clicking “Generate” the Generate button flickers to white for a split second and nothing happens.

    - Sub-surface scattering (SSS)
    - 32-bit textures
    - No noise, no lens flare

    Render Identity:
High-end AAA game character render (not photo, painting, or cinematic still).
Materials are physically accurate, slightly idealized, clean, and highly readable.

Framing: Standard Medium Shot (Cowboy Crop). The composition MUST be tight and centered, showing the character from the full head (top of the scalp, including headroom) down to the mid-thigh/upper-thigh.
Fixed Dimensions: 1754x2432 Pixels (Strict Portrait).
Composition Constraint: The top boundary must include the full hair/head. The bottom boundary must fully include the fight shorts, from the waistband to the bottom hem, cutting off above the knees..

Proportions: Maintain a 1:1 realistic human scale; do not shorten the torso or shift the pelvis upward.
Maintain realistic combat-sports proportions (no exaggerated anatomy).

[SECTION 2: DYNAMIC FACIAL & HAIR UPGRADE]

    Instruction:
Use the source as a blueprint and reconstruct a high-fidelity version while preserving identity.

    Face:
Preserve facial structure, ethnicity, age range, and overall expression.
Upgrade into a clean, premium digital sculpt without altering core likeness.

    Skin:
    - visible pores, fine wrinkles, natural tonal variation
    - realistic skin breakup with controlled detail
Surface should be matte to neutral (not oily).
No added scars, asymmetry, or random imperfections unless present in source.

    Scalp (if bald/shaved):
    - subtle variation, roughness breakup, natural specular falloff
    - realistic texture without shine

    Eyes:
    - clear corneal moisture, detailed iris, sharp eyelashes
    - vivid but controlled (avoid overly wet or uncanny look)

    Hair:
    Rebuild with high-density strand logic.
    Maintain original style with improved:
    - strand separation
    - controlled clumping
    - clean groom definition

    Facial Hair:
    - sharp strands, controlled density, clean edges
    - natural transition into skin
    Avoid blur or muddy shading.

    [SECTION 3: EQUIPMENT & ART UPGRADE — IDENTITY-DRIVEN FIGHTWEAR]

    MMA Gear:

Upgrade gloves and shorts to elite professional quality suitable for high-level MMA competition.

    [CORE IDENTITY RULE]

The fighter’s identity must drive the design.

    Identity sources:

    - nickname (or surname if none) (If the character has a Nickname, the nickname MUST be the central aspect in the entire design. Not just a simple text.

    - nationality / region

    - fighting style

    - archetype

Design must feel custom to the fighter, not template-based.

    [Anatomical Placement]

: The waistband must sit naturally at the hips, below the navel, maintaining realistic athletic proportions. Do not compress the torso or raise the waistline to fit the graphics.

    [NAME HIERARCHY (CRITICAL)]

The primary name must be a dominant visual element.

    - bold, large, highly readable

    - feels like a fighter title, not clothing text

    - secondary name supports, does not overpower

    Avoid:

    - small or passive names

    - generic sportswear-style text

    - branding overpowering identity

    [DESIGN STRUCTURE (CRITICAL)]

The shorts must feel intentionally designed, not assembled.

    - clear visual hierarchy (primary / secondary / tertiary)

    - balanced use of text, symbols, and panels

    - strong shape flow (framing, diagonal, or symmetry)

    Avoid:

    - scattered elements

    - empty or dead space

    - flat or overly simple layouts

    [REALISM vs HERO BALANCE]

    Maintain balance between:

    - real-world fightwear construction

    - bold, memorable character identity

    Avoid:

    - plain generic shorts

    - unrealistic costume-like designs

    [SHORTS SYSTEM]

    Base:

    - primary color and material

    Structure:

    - panel layout and seam logic

    - waistband integrated into design

    Hero Element (MANDATORY):

One dominant identity feature must define the design.

This should typically appear on the main body of the shorts (front or side),

    not only the waistband.

    Allowed forms:

    - large integrated name or nickname graphic

    - emblem or symbolic artwork

    - cultural or regional motif

    - stylized surname or title treatment

The waistband may support the identity,

but must not be the sole or dominant expression.

    The hero element must be:

    - visually central or clearly dominant

    - integrated into the full design composition

    [TEXT & GRAPHICS]

Text must be designed, not placed.

    Allowed:

    - stylized typography integrated with shapes or panels

    - name used as a graphic element

    - waistband or structural integration

    Avoid:

    - flat text

    - oversized text with no design context

    [GRAPHIC FLOW]

    - graphics must follow panel structure

    - front-facing identity is encouraged

    - design should feel embedded into the garment

    Avoid:

    - sticker-like prints

    - disconnected elements

    [WAISTBAND]

The waistband is a secondary identity zone.

    - integrated text or subtle symbols allowed

    - must feel part of construction

    Avoid:

    - flap inserts or hanging patches

    - generic waistband templates

    - using the waistband as the only identity element

    [SPONSORS]

    - 1–4 fictional, believable sponsors

    - must match fighter identity and design style

    - integrated into layout, not randomly placed

    Avoid:

    - real brands

    - clutter

    [MATERIALS]

    - matte or semi-matte base fabric

    - visible stitching and panel separation

    - subtle material variation

    Avoid:

    - glossy plastic look

    - flat surfaces

    [TATTOOS]

    - high resolution

    - sharp edges

    - naturally integrated

    [FINAL GOAL]

    The result must look like:

    - a premium, custom-designed fight kit

    - visually unique to the fighter

    - clearly readable at a glance

    - grounded in real-world construction

It must feel designed, not decorated.

    [SECTION 4: CHARACTER DETAILS]

    Name: Jamar Carter

    Height: 6'2

    Weight: 270(Lightweight)

    Style: Ground and Pound

    Location:Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Bio: Jamar Carter is an American Super Heavyweight fighter who likes to take his opponents down and finish them with ground and pound. Without further training that'll be his only way of finishing any opponent.

[SECTION 5: LIGHTING & CHARACTER SCULPTING]
Lighting: Professional 3-point studio "Portrait Lighting."
Shadow Logic: Use deep ambient occlusion and sharp key lighting to emphasize the specific musculature and "Weight/Build" described in Section 4.
Highlight edges and contours with slightly stylized rim lighting to enhance form readability.

Final Goal: A high-end, collectible figurine / AAA game character aesthetic with extreme clarity, controlled realism, and matte PBR texture density.

I have the same issue with a simple still image of a wagon with bread. In profile against a white background. I don’t even want a video. My prompt: “Improve this”. Why does this happen?

    March 11, 2026

    Hey @Ximfer781011

The issue is that you have the word “Child” in your prompt.

    Common problems

    • Trademarked / Copyright
    • Political figures / Celebrities
    • if it has children or child like images (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

    or

    • - the prompt has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on...
Many Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.
    • Nudity

    Cheers

I have been having the same issue for 24 hours now. I bought the subscription because I am supposed to have unlimited generations until 3/17. I feel as though my account is being throttled. It could be just a glitch, but either way, can someone please contact me and help me get back to working?

    February 22, 2026

    Hey @The Kiter

Do you have multiple tabs running generations at the same time?

    Cheers

Hi Nate, No. Just one tab. Just trying to generate a video. Also, last night while I was trying, it started asking me to upgrade to get more credits? Suggestions? Zack
