I have been trying to generate a video using your AI tools. The first iteration got close, and then I tried to make some edits using the prompts, and it keeps on charging me credits and then giving me the exact same video.

I have been trying to generate a video using your AI tools. The first iteration got close, and then I tried to make some edits using the prompts, and it keeps on charging me credits and then giving me the exact same video.

I have tried 3 times to edit the video with different wording and different prompts to see if it can fix a couple of little glitches to make the video usable for what I need. But it keeps on giving me the same video no matter what I type for edit prompts.
