I have been trying to generate some photos since yesterday, but it simultaneously pops up as 'SOMETHING WENT WRONG'

I have been trying to generate images since yesterday, but every attempt immediately displays the error message “Something went wrong.”

The issue has persisted despite trying multiple times and is preventing me from completing several pending tasks. Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Kindly let me know whether you need any additional information, such as screenshots, browser details, or account information, to diagnose the problem.

    All the information you mentioned, would help greatly. Especially your prompt and reference images.
     

     have noticed something similar. As a result, I have had a look in my Creative Cloud app to see if the image/ voice/ video has been generated before pressing “Generate” again to conserve credits.


    Could you have a look in your Creative Cloud App and see if the image/video is hiding there?

    >>Press generate: ONLY ONCE<<. If the generation is taking forever or not generating, check your CC App.
     

    How to reliably download your files
