I have been using Gemini 3.1 at 1K with a premium plan and you are charging be credits I am supposed to get unlimted images

Hi ​@Prof Ron,

My plan has Gemini 3.1 at 1K at zero credits. I just generated and was not charged.

When you look to the left of the generate button with Gemini 3.1 and 1K selected, how many credits does it say will be consumed?  Does it show?

If so, please create a screen recording with the following steps:

1. click on your avatar so the number of credits remaining is showing
2. with the left panel visible (where you select the model and resolution), generate an image using Gemini 3.1 at 1K
3. click on your avatar so the number of credits remaining is showing.

This is a community forum and we have no access to your account. So, we cannot restore credits. We can report bugs, however, if it is not working right.

Gemini 3.1 is not free and unlimited.

No one ever gets misused credits refunded.  Every one of the 42 million Creative Cloud subscribers would claim that they should not have had credits deducted, and madness would ensue.
