I have never been able to any video graphic with firefly. Tired multi internet browers, I always get an error message. something went wrong, cant generate right now ect.

I have never been able to any video graphic with firefly. Tired multi internet browers, I always get an error message. something went wrong, cant generate right now ect.
I have tried on multiple days over the last few weeks- never have I been able to generate a video using reference images with firefly. I uploaded two jpgs as the first and last frame, I have tried all the settings, adding a description, not have a description doesnt seem to matter.  But If I dont upload a reference images and just to the description it works just fine. What am I doing wrong here?
