I have not been able to use firefly for the last couple of days

I activate generative fill and it tells me…. We have encountered an issue and can't complete your request at this time

    That sounds really frustrating, and I’m sorry it’s been happening for this long.
     

    To get a better sense of what’s going on, could you share a bit more about what you’re seeing on your side.

    For example, when the message appears, are you able to use any other tools in Firefly, or does everything stop responding. If you can share a screenshot too, that would be really helpful.
     

    Any detail you can share will help us understand the issue and get you back up and running.

    everything else works , is the generative fill that does nothing when activated , it has now been several days that I have not been able to use it

    I tested the Generative Fill feature using the Expand tool, and it worked as expected.

    If the issue persists, could you please share a screen recording of what happens on your side when you use Generative Fill?
