I have purchased credits, but Firefly will not generate videos for me

We need additional information to understand what is happening. Can you please reply with the following information:

• A screen shot of the whole browser (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).
• The full prompt you were using.
• A copy of the keyframe(s), reference images or video you were using (if any), or image you were using in generative fill
•  
• Common problems

  - blurry or busy backgrounds / images

  - dark or unclear subject
  - has children in the image or words associated with children in the prompt (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child)
  No words like: kid, kids, child, children, and so on... the prompt will not work
