I have requested an image twice now, and each time it took 60 credits, but I get a message that says "Sorry Something went wrong. Please try again later." Can I get these credits back?

Thanks for reaching out! I’d like to inform you that in most cases, if a generation fails, the credits are automatically returned to your account, although the restoration may not be immediate. If your credits have not been returned, do let us know to investigate further.
