i have tried to generate video but the tool failed to do , but it consuming all the credits , so i dint get the video i wanted and got my credits consume

    Helps help you, could you please share a bit more information?

    • What exactly occurred when you tried to generate the video? Did you see any error message?

    • If there was an error, could you share a screenshot of it?

    • How many credits were used for the attempt?

    • What was your workflow (prompt, duration, resolution, etc.)?

    Note: If you noticed that credits were not returned after an error, this usually indicates that a generation did complete successfully. In that case, you can check under Files > Generation History to see if the video was stored there.

    Once we have these details, we’ll be in a much better position to identify the issue and assist you further, including checking on the credit usage.
