I have used 800 credits with Firefly and the text is coming out in another language. The text is not what I typed as text

I have 2 generated videos that waisted my credits. The text is not what I typed. I will not be generating anymore videos. I am requesting someone look at the two videos vs the text I used in the prompts. Also, I am requesting the credits be replenished in the account because the prompts were not an issue.

    Thank you for sharing the screen shot and providing the extra information. Adding Text to an image through image generation may not be the best option.

    I would definitely consider using: Adobe Express It is a free App, with paid options. There are many wonderful features like animating text, changing the colour, size, font, and much more.

    There are also other apps like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Firefly Boards.
