I have wasted so many points because the software is adding people who are not there, removing people who should be there and making changes I specifically asked not be done. How do I reclaim points?

I understand that the program isn’t perfect. I just don’t want to pay for it’s mistakes. I haven’t subscribed yet but I am at the point where I need to subscribe because my free points are almost used up. I want to know  what will my options be in the future when I don’t get what I asked for from the program.
